4. Customized Product Orders

Once a customized product order is confirmed and production has started, changes, cancellations, or modifications may not be possible. Customized products are made specifically for the customer and may not be eligible for return or exchange unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
5. Event Booking & Service Terms
For event management, consultancy, planning, decoration, vendor coordination, hospitality, photography, corporate events, wedding events, or other event-related services, the final scope of work, pricing, deliverables, timelines, payment terms, cancellation terms, and responsibilities will be discussed and confirmed separately through quotation, invoice, written communication, agreement, or project confirmation.
Event dates, venues, vendors, materials, artists, logistics, and arrangements are subject to availability. Any delay, change, or additional requirement from the client may affect the final pricing and timeline.
6. Pricing & Payments
All prices displayed on our website or shared through quotations are subject to change without prior notice. Prices may vary depending on customization, quantity, material, packaging, delivery location, event scale, vendor charges, urgent requirements, or special requests.
Payments must be completed through approved payment methods available on our platform or as communicated by Eventpro Enterprises. We reserve the right to cancel, hold, or refuse any order or booking in cases of pricing errors, payment failure, suspected fraudulent transactions, incomplete details, policy violations, or unavailable products or services.
7. Offers & Discounts

9. Returns, Replacements & Refunds
Customers may request returns, replacements, or refunds in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. For non-customized products, returned items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all tags, labels, accessories, and invoices intact.
Customized products, personalized gifts, event-specific products, bulk orders, hampers, printed items, engraved items, photo gifts, acrylic gifts, wooden gifts, and made-to-order products are generally not eligible for return or refund unless they are received damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error from Eventpro Enterprises.
